Cheryl’s passion for helping others transcends real estate. She personally supports many charities and is recognized as an industry icon for her work with Golf Fore Africa, of which she is a board member. In her free-time, Cheryl loves hiking in the high Sonoran Desert with her husband and Australian Cattle Dog, playing golf and pickle ball.


Originally from SoCal, Donna has lived in Scottsdale since 1967. She started her Real Estate career in 1982, taking on the role of Marketing Director for Arrowhead Ranch in Glendale, Arizona. Donna then went on to open her own real estate company in 1985, specializing in marketing and selling vacant land to investors and home builders. It was her experience in land sales and her love of golf that brought her to the Desert Mountain sales team as a Broker, 27 years ago – eighteen years of which she was the Designated Broker for the developer. Along with her husband and business partner Bob, Donna has called Desert Mountain home since 2000.


Bob originally came to Arizona from Orange County CA to attend the University of Arizona, where he graduated with a degree in real estate and marketing. For more than 20 years, Bob specialized in the area of income-generating commercial property with Grubb & Ellis, developing a business/industrial park in Basalt, Colorado and an apartment complex in Arizona, among other ventures. Bob joined the Desert Mountain sales team in 2005. Along with his wife and business partner Donna, Bob has called Desert Mountain home since 2000.
